To establish, develop, maintain, and grow the domestic fuel supply resources from refiners, jobbers and FBO's. Develop market relationships with knowledge and understanding of supply chain management that provides for the best competitive solutions for our customers.

Responsible for developing supply chain strategies to optimize both customer and vendor relationships.

The position is responsible for building and leading a team of supply representatives and holding departmental accountability.

The position will help create and be accountable for key performance metrics for the department.

This position is a member of Colt's management team, building cross-functional relationships to maximize Colt's customer experience across all service lines and with all supporting departments.

Position will report to Vice President of Supply.

• Ten years of experience that would include any combination of Fixed Base Operations management / National and Regional oil company knowledge, downstream supply management and/or strong contract negotiation experience, managerial experience in a dynamic environment.
• Position requires a thorough understanding of fuel industry pricing structures, including Platts.
• Position requires a complete knowledge of Jet A supply chain logistics.
• Position requires strategic and critical thinking, enabling the ability to adapt in changing market environments.
• Candidate must be highly motivated with minimum supervision required.
• Candidate must be willing to travel twelve (12) weeks a year.
• College degree preferred but not mandatory.
