Employees are eligible to participate on the first day of the month following 90 days of active full-time employment. The plan premiums are paid by both the employee and employer.
The 401(k) plan allows employees to contribute a portion of their pay on a pre-tax and/or after tax basis. There is a vast choice of investment fund options and the company provides an employer match. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) on the first of the month following their hire date.
Colt provides a competitive vacation plan that increases with tenure. An employee can begin to use vacation after 6 months of employment.
Colt provides a competitive sick plan. An employee can begin to use sick days as early as their first 90 days of active full time employment. Full sick benefits are earned after 90 days.
Colt offers eight paid holidays per calendar year. An employee is eligible to receive holiday pay upon their first day of hire.
Eligibility Requirements for participation in the above stated benefit programs, state that you must be a full-time employee or a part-time employee who works a minimum of 30 hours per week.
